Refund policy

Due to the customization nature of our services we do not offer any returns or exchanges on any DTF products. However if your prints are defective after application we will reprint your order.

Prints considered defective :

• DTF Prints not bonding to garment at first or second press
• DTF prints smeared or missing sections
• DTF Sheets not printed in its entirety
  

 

Color Variations:

Because all monitors and graphics programs are not calibrated the same you may encounter shifts in the printed colors. Due to this fact we cannot guarantee exact color matches. For this reason we do not offer refunds or exchanges for color variations. We do however sell a color chart with our custom color profiles which can help with your color matching to a 95% accuracy. It uses CMYK codes to help you select the color you are wanting to show up after it is printed.
